She was exactly like the sea

never surrended to the sun

nor cared to seduce him.

She became beautiful a little before sunrise

or a little after sunset.

Όπως η θάλασσα

 

Ήταν κι εκείνη όπως η θάλασσα

δεν παραδόθηκε ποτέ στον ήλιο

ούτε νοιαζόταν να τον σαγηνεύσει.

Ωραία γινόταν λίγο πριν απ' την ανατολή

ή λίγο μετά το ηλιοβασίλεμα.
